This job order contract is for water and sewer infrastructure improvements and repairs throughout the Town of Paradise Valley.

Job Order #1, 47th Street Sewer Repair: This project consisted of the removal and replacement 32 LF of 6” sewer pipe and raised one manhole to grade. Also included in the scope was a post-repair CCTV inspection and the replacement of approximately 14 SY of asphalt.

Job Order #2, Royal Palm Sewer Repair: This project consisted of the removal and repair of 20 LF of 8” sewer pipe that was located in the front yard of a private residence. We excavated the area with a hydro excavator truck to minimize the impact on the surrounding area and to avoid conflicts with private utilities. Upon completion of the repair we worked with the affected homeowner and the homeowner's landscaper to restore the landscape.

Job Order #3, Mummy Mountain Sewer Rehabilitation: This project included the rehabilitation and repair of 652 LF of 8” DIP and VCP sewer lines on various streets (Glen Drive, Cheney Drive, and Hummingbird Lane) around Mummy Mountain. Achen-Gardner self-performed the UV CIPP installation using Reline America’s Alphaliner. Other elements of the project included bypass pumping, reinstatement of 5 laterals, and public stakeholder coordination and notifications.

Job Order #4, Mummy Mountain Sewer Rehabilitation: This project included the second phase of rehabilitation and repair of sewer pipe segments on Glen Drive, Cheney Drive, and Hummingbird Lane. It included 2,618 LF of 8” UV cured pipe lining. Achen-Gardner self-performed the UV CIPP installation using Reline America’s Alphaliner. Other elements of the project included bypass pumping, reinstatement of 27 laterals, and public stakeholder coordination and notifications.

Job Order #5, Wilkinson and Chaparral Sewer Repair: This project included the restoration of an 8” UV CIPP sewer line at Wilkinson Road and Chaparral Road.

Job Order #6, Group 3 Sewer Rehabilitation: This project included the bypass and repair of more than 1,200 LF of 8” and 12” DIP sewer lines in six locations using the UV cured Alphaliner and reinstating 11 laterals in the Mummy Mountain area.

Job Order #7, Group 4 Sewer Rehabilitation: This project included the UV CIPP rehabilitation of more than 900 LF of 8” sewer line. We set up 1,200 LF of bypass piping and two bypass pumps, completed the lining operation, and removed the bypass, all within four days.

Job Order #8, Group 5 Sewer Rehabilitation: This project required the UV-cured CIPP lining of 743 LF of 8” and 12” sewer lines and four point repairs. One bypass was installed. Tatum Boulevard used tapered lane traffic control to maintain the utmost road access during construction.

Job Order #9, Group 6 Sewer Rehabilitation: This project took place to repair and line 1,230 LF of 8” DIP sewer. The project included deep cleaning and reinstatement of nine laterals. Crews worked with the community to avoid impacting Kiva Elementary School during its spring break.

Job Order #10, Group 7 Sewer Rehabilitation: This is our current sewer repair and restoration job order. This project includes the UV CIPP lining of more than 1,000 LF of 8” VCP with reinstatement of ten laterals all servicing a residential community.
