Full streetscape of Downtown Phoenix, improving Monroe Street from 3rd Avenue to 7th Street, 2nd Street from Van Buren Street to Jefferson Street, and Adams Street from 2nd Avenue to 2nd Street. Project scope included enlarging pedestrian area, custom street and pedestrian lighting, custom tower lights and major street landscaping. Project was a 14-month project which Achen-Gardner finished in 5 months for the 1995 NBA All-Star Basketball Game.
