Crismon Business park (improvement district)

The Crismon Business Park project consisted of 17,800 SY of new roadway at the East Hampshire alignment at Crismon Road to the South Cheshire alignment at Southern Avenue, and a new turn lane at the intersection of Crismon Road and Southern Avenue. Other than asphalt paving, we constructed new curbs, sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, waterline, sewer line, storm drain (pipe, catch basins, drainage basins, and box culvert), street lighting, traffic signals, pavement marking, and landscaping.
